The Kentucky DOE EPSCoR is a federal-state partnership aimed at improving science and engineering research, education, and technology capabilities in the Commonwealth. EPSCoR is Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research. Its mission is to build nationally competitive energy R&D capacity within universities through targeted funding of infrastructure, innovative concepts and human resources.
